For instance, the leaders of the enemy Step/Tigr Cossack Battalion, which is operating near Vuhledar, are extremely dissatisfied with the leadership of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and are refusing to coordinate their actions with units of the Russian occupation army."
Details: Over the course of the past 24 hours, the Russian Federation carried out 6 missile strikes and 24 airstrikes, as well as over 65 attacks using multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS).
Some of these strikes targeted civilian infrastructure. There are civilian casualties and fatalities. Russian forces shelled Bachivsk, Ulanove, Kucherivka, Bilokopytove, Starykove, Khodyne, Ryzhivka, Atynske, Holyshivske, Pavlivka and Sadky in Sumy Oblast, and areas in and around 35 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast, including Veterynarne, Krasne, Ohirtseve, Budarky, Dvorichanske, Novomlynsk and Dvorichna.
On the Kupiansk and Lyman fronts, Russian forces conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the vicinity of Nevske, the Serebrianka forestry and Bilohorivka (Luhansk Oblast). They shelled areas in and around civilian settlements located near the line of contact, including Hrianykivka, Kyslivka, Pishchane, Krokhmalne (Kharkiv Oblast); Stelmakhivka, Nevske, Chervonopopivka, Bilohorivka (Luhansk Oblast); and Terny, Spirne, Fedorivka and Rozdolivka (Donetsk Oblast).

On the Bakhmut front, Russian forces are continuing their attempts to encircle the city of Bakhmut.
Over the course of the past 24 hours, Ukraine's defence forces repelled countless Russian attacks in the vicinity of Vasiukivka, Zaliznianske, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Hryhorivka, Ivanivske and Bakhmut (Donetsk Oblast). In particular, the settlements of Fedorivka, Vasiukivka, Zaliznianske, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Hryhorivka, Bohdanivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Stupochky, Predtechyne, Klishchiivka, Kurdiumivka, Druzhba, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Ozarianivka, Dyliivka, Toretsk, Maiorsk and Pivnichne (Donetsk Oblast) came under Russian fire. On the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk fronts, Russian forces carried out unsuccessful attacks on Ukrainian positions near Kamianka, Sieverne, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Marinka and Pobieda.
They deployed artillery and mortars to fire on up to 30 settlements, including Novobakhmutivka, Ocheretyne, Berdychi, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Maksymilianivka, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka, Novoukrainka and Velyka Novosilka (Donetsk Oblast). Russian forces are on the defensive on the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson fronts. They are trying to improve their tactical positions in some areas and to create favourable conditions to resume an offensive.
They shelled areas in and around over 40 cities, towns and villages, including Olhivske, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Bilohiria, Kamianske (Zaporizhzhia Oblast); Beryslav, Olhivka, Lvove, Mykilske, Dniprovske and the city of Kherson (Kherson Oblast); as well as Ochakiv (Mykolaiv Oblast). There are civilian casualties and fatalities. Ukrainian Air Forces conducted 18 airstrikes on clusters of Russian military personnel and equipment, 2 on Russian anti-aircraft missile systems, 1 on an ammunition storage point, and 1 on a road bridge.
Ukraine's defence forces shot down four Russian reconnaissance and attack drones.
Units of Ukraine's Rocket Forces and Artillery struck three clusters of Russian troops, two anti-aircraft missile systems, and two electronic warfare systems.
