White House Statements:

  • The United States will not send its troops to Ukraine, despite the statements of individual commanders
  • The United States takes reports of the possible preparation of "dirty bombs" seriously, but so far "does not see" such evidence
  • The United States does not intend to negotiate with the Russian Federation on Ukraine "without the involvement of Kyiv"
