Governor: Russia kills 4, injures 2 in Donetsk Oblast on Sept. 3

According to Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko, over the previous day, the Russian military killed two civilians in Velyka Novosilka, one in Siversk, and one in Vodyane. It is currently impossible to estimate the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha, Kyrylenko said.
