Russia attacks towns in Donetsk Oblast with Uragan MLRS, killing and injuring civilians

On Monday, 13 March, the Russian occupiers launched attacks on the towns of Kostiantynivka and Avdiivka in Donetsk Oblast using tubed artillery and Uragan multiple-launch rocket systems. Details: The Prosecutor's Office reports that private houses, apartment blocks, outbuildings, cars and asphalt pavements were damaged. As a result of the attack on Avdiivka, a 46-year old woman died, and four men and a woman aged from 25 to 73 received shrapnel wounds of differing severity in Kostiantynivka. They are receiving qualified medical help.

Prosecutors, law enforcement officers and rescue workers are working on site.
