National power company Ukrenergo announced that local restrictions in the regions would be introduced to eliminate the consequences of missile attacks. "In the future, the value of the necessary consumer restriction will be regulated depending on the current situation in the power system," Ukrenergo said.
The critical infrastructure of Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Kharkiv and Chernivtsi regions were attacked. In Vinnytsia and Khmelnytsky regions, the wreckage of downed missiles damaged civilian infrastructure. In addition, during the attack on Ukraine on October 31, one of the invaders' missiles fell on the territory of Moldova.
