The official of the Russian occupation administration of the Kherson region, a collaborator, Kirill Stremousov, predicts the departure of the Russian army to the left bank of the Kherson region. The traitor stated this on the air of the Russian propaganda media. Stremousov urged all residents of Kherson to evacuate across the Dnipro River.
"Most likely, our units, our troops will go to the left bank of the Kherson region," Stremousov said. Residents of the city of Kherson noticed that the flag of the Russian Federation above the building of the Kherson Regional State Administration has disappeared for unknown reasons.
There are still Russian flags on other buildings in the city. Russian troops have disappeared from some checkpoints in the city.
Journalist Kostyantyn Ryzhenko released a video featuring an empty roadblock in the Ostrov district. The MOST publication shot a video that also shows the disappearance of some Russian soldiers from Kherson.
The Russians have simply left their base and the locals are taking fuel and food from there. The Russian military has also destroyed the private river transport of the Kherson people.
According to journalist Kostyantyn Ryzhenko, the invaders shot boats at the Dnipro parking lots.

As previously reported, the Ukrainian Armed Forces and special services officials repeatedly emphasized that the information about the withdrawal of the Russians from the right bank of the Dnipro River is actually misleading. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to transfer military equipment and manpower, in particular from among the mobilized.
The Russians are also conducting evacuations from the 15-km zone of the left bank of the Kherson region. Here they are probably planning to set up an area for strategic defense.
