Following the prince's arrival, she revealed that she spoke with Harry for about five minutes while they were waiting for their drinks.
"I went to the bar and all of a sudden all these people started coming in, like Secret Service-looking people in suits," the 37-year-old said on the I've Got News For You podcast.
"I was like, 'What is this? What's happening?'" she said as whispers grew that royalty was coming.

"All of a sudden he just walked in and started talking to me at the bar while I was ordering my drink and I was like 'Oh my god!' and we chatted for maybe five minutes.
"We introduced ourselves and just talked ... it was so surreal and awesome. He was so down to earth and lovely and cool," she said.
The TV host did not disclose when the encounter took place.
Coulter's story comes as Prince Harry returns to the UK for the first time since his late grandmother Queen Elizabeth's funeral in September.
