Prince Harry's biggest critic: 'He is easy to mock because he is a bit …
After Prince Harry's 'Spare' meoir hit shelves and online stores, the book instantly became a best seller worldwide. Author Bruno Vincent didn't like how the prince capitalized on the Royal Family's privacy and he decided to act on it. He also published a memoir but it's a parody of what Prince Harry wrote.
It is called 'Spare Us! A Harrody' and it's making shockwaves for its satirical take on the prince's life. Bruno Vincent is also known for his series of humorous takes on Enid Blyton's Famous Five collection but he wanted to try something different. South Park creators are not the only ones mocking the prince.
To Vincent, the Duke of Sussex is actually an easy target to write about but his logic won't be something Prince Harry likes. In his view, looking at the prince through a condescending optic is exactly the way everybody should look at him. Contrary to what Prince Harry's fans think, Bruno Vincent's views align with pretty much everybody who consider themseves royalists.
None of them likes the effect Prince Harry's 'Spare' memoir had on British society and in front of the entire world. Vincent's book is being lauded by all of them as a direct response to every revelation from 'Spare'.
Bruno Vincet believes Prince Harry is stupid
In an interview with Express, Bruno Vincent said: "This is an affectionate parody rather than a merciless takedown. A book that was just filled with bile and hate would be very unpleasant to write and very joyless to read.
I naturally gravitate towards just poking fun, which I think is pretty much the British national sport. The target for the book wasn't necessarily about Harry himself, it was just the whole project of the autobiography. I found it easy to mock.
It's just the book, reading his book, I found it funny.
And in some cases, very silly and it deserved to be poked fun at.
It's not his fault that he's basically a bit stupid - it's not his fault."
