The world might have moved forward but the royal fandom can never get over some bombshell docuseries that hit Britain's royal family. While last year got us all an influx of dreaded revelations from the Harry & Meghan Documentary, and Prince Harry's Spare, that was not all. Following the CBR special infamous Oprah Winfrey interview, Prince Harry sat with the same host for yet another bombshell documentary.

The documentary was called The Me you can't See, and as self-explanatory as it was, Prince Harry dropped some unheard facts about his family, both close and estranged. However, what breached major headlines were his going candid about his wife's struggles during her initial days of pregnancy with their firstborn, Prince Archie. According to the Duke himself, the Duchess did not act of suicidal ideation since she did not want to cause her husband further trouble.

Although never addressed by the Palace, the Sussexes have time and again revealed the mistreatment Meghan Markle received due to various factors. Be it her biracial ethnicity, her being an American mannequin, or a divorcee for that matter, adapting to royalty did take a hard toll on the Duchess. Nonetheless, things went beyond control when received the onslaught of harassment during her pregnancy.
The scariest thing for Markle was her clarity of thought, said the Prince. "She hadn't lost it, she wasn't crazy," as the tabloids remarked. The Duchess was not even self-medicating through pills and alcohol. "She was completely sane, Yet in the quiet of the night, these thoughts woke her up." affirmed the Prince who sounded all devastated thinking of his wife. He even affirmed that he was ashamed of whatever happened to his wife. "I was ashamed that it got this bad.
I was ashamed to go to my family," said the Duke. Nonetheless, Markle tried her best to not make Prince Harry feel that way.

Meghan Markle on her being suicidal
Following the infamous CBR special, the royal family was not the same anymore. The Oprah Winfrey interview did send some major shockwaves throughout the world. One of the major highlights that revealed the darkest chapters of Markle's life was her not wanting to live anymore.

In the sit-down, Markle admitted how she tried her level best to keep it away from Harry.
However, at a certain point when nothing seemed to help anymore, she had to take it up with her husband. "I knew that if I didn't say it, I would do it," affirmed Markle. "I didn't want to be alive anymore," she further added, revealing that it was a constant frightening thought process during those times.
