Arrest warrant issued for wife of Kremlin-aligned ex-politician

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has put Oksana Marchenko, the wife of the godfather of the Russian dictator Viktor Medvedchuk on a wanted list. Source: the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Details: Marchenko is wanted by the main administration of the Main Directorate of the Security Council of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. The info on the arrest warrant states that Marchenko is a person who is hiding from pre-trial investigation authorities.

The date of her disappearance is also indicated, it is 24 March, 2023. Background:  On 24 February, a court seized the assets owned by Oksana Marchenko, with a total value of more than UAH 5.6 billion (equiv. US£ £154,413,520).
