Prince Harry to sit 'ten rows back' at Coronation - expert

Prince Harry will attempt to scarper as soon as the King's Coronation is complete and will be well placed for a sharp exit, Paul Burrell believes.

The Duke - attending without wife Meghan Markle - will be forced to sit ten rows back, the former royal butler says. Harry may not even have time to speak with his brother or father during his brief visit, it has been claimed, and will be "in and out in a flash". He could fly in and out of the country in less than 24 hours over the Coronation weekend - as he flies home to celebrate son Archie's fourth birthday, sources say.

Proclaimers song withdrawn from Coronation playlist

The Proclaimers' most iconic song have been withdrawn from King Charles' Coronation official playlist due to the rock duo's anti-royal views. Twins Craig and Charlie Reid's hit I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) was initially included in the ceremony's playlist for the historic event next month, which was provided by the UK government.

King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla will be crowned together at Westminster Abbey on Saturday, May 6 in the historic ceremony which will be conducted by Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby. Other artists such as Queen, David Bowie, The Beatles, and Tom Jones also feature in the Coronation compilation, but The Proclaimers' track will no longer be heard after officials learned of their beliefs. 12 days to go until the King's coronation

The King's coronation will take place on May 6, in a ceremony steeped in 1,000 years of history.

Charles will be crowned with the historic St Edward's Crown - the same one his mother, Queen Elizabeth, was crowned with.

Jewels will be centre stage on the big day - the sacred Coronation Regalia, including the Sovereign's Sceptre with Cross, the Sovereign's Orb, and the Coronation Spoon will be brought to Westminster Abbey from the Tower of London - but the royals are also expected to wear lavish outfits.
