The saying "when it rains, it pours" definitely applies to Scott Disick's emotional life rn. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians/The Kardashians star is struggling with sad vibes for several simultaneous reasons, including two big ones related to his most serious exes moving on in the biggest way and getting married to other people.

'Til Death Do Us Part Kourtney & Travis £12.99 hulu.com

Earlier this month (on April 13, to be exact), Kourtney Kardashian (aka Scott's ex-partner of roughly a decade with whom he shares three children, Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8) and Travis Barker's wedding special, 'Til Death Do Us Part Kourtney & Travis, premiered on Hulu. (Oof.) And this weekend, Sofia Richie (who Scott dated for three years after he and Kourtney split for good) tied the knot with music executive Elliot Grainge in a weekend-long celebration of love. (Oof again.)

Because he's human, Scott has feelings about these things. And, also because he's human and not defined solely by his romantic history, those feelings are compounded by other, unrelated, sad feelings (specifically his continued grief about the loss of both his parents in the span of a few months between October 2013 and January 2014). "Scott is feeling a bit sad right now," a source told Entertainment Tonight of Scott's mental state amid Sofia's wedding weekend. "He really misses his parents, but he is so incredibly grateful for his children and absolutely loves being a dad.

He is doing his best to focus on the good things in his life, but between Kourtney and Travis' wedding special airing and Sofia's wedding this weekend, it has been a lot. He's spending time with close friends to stay distracted and keep busy." Losing his mother and father in quick succession was a traumatic experience for Scott, who checked himself into a rehab facility in 2020 to get professional support in addressing past traumas, including the deaths of his parents.

"In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother, followed by the death of his father 3 months later, Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility last week to work on his past traumas," his attorney, Marty Singer, explained in a statement at the time. Scott didn't personally address his parents' deaths or his grief on KUWTK until 2020, when he looked through childhood photos with his youngest son, Reign. Losing my parents is not an easy subject for me to talk about," he explained. "It puts me in a very vulnerable place, to remember them and think about them."

Sending Scott good vibes and the inner strength to resist the urge to check Instagram.
