Russia hits hydraulic facilities in Kryvyi Rih with missiles.

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentyn Reznichenko said that the Russians had hit the facilities with Kh-22 missiles. As a result, several districts of Kryvyi Rih were left without water.
