The fate of Russia outside the Moscow Ring Road does not concern those who live within the borders of Garden Ring, Barvikha, Novaya Riga or Rublyovka, and the local authorities have long had no control over the situation.

According to the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, on the night of June 4-5, in the settlement of Novaya Tavolzhanka, the Russian Guards Colonel Andriy Stesev, the senior operative group of Belgorod, was eliminated. The Freedom of Russia Legion published a photo featuring the liquidated Russian colonel, as well as his identity documents.
