Evacuation from flooded areas due to destruction of Kakhovka HPP is free

Quote: "The state has enough resources and opportunities to evacuate people for free and provide them with primary social support: temporary housing, humanitarian aid, and cash payments amounting to UAH 2,000 (about USD £54) for adults and UAH 3,000 (about USD £81) for children and people with disabilities," the Ministry of Reintegration said.
