Rogov claimed that a series of explosions also occurred in Tokmak. According to his preliminary report, the Defence Forces of Ukraine had used a multiple-launch rocket system HIMARS but "at least some of the missiles had been shot down by the Russian air defence."

Earlier, Rogov had confirmed that a series of explosions occurred in the occupied city of Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and a local business was hit. The Ukrainian authorities reported that earlier the Duna hotel, where the military command of the occupiers had been residing, was struck.
