Quote: "We call on Russia to rejoin the initiative that was developed by the UN in 2022 and allow unhindered grain exports. Russia has been obstructing the proper functioning of the agreement for several months. By doing this, Russia serves its own interests and neglects the needs of all people around the world, in particular in the poorest countries, which end up paying higher food prices."

Details: The UK Foreign Secretary noted that amid restrictions on grain exports from Ukraine, "Russian food exports are at a higher level than before the invasion".
